With a focus on high-quality wild and sustainable seafood, the chefs at Pelican Fishery & Grill cook up a variety of aquatic delights using the freshest fish from each of the day’s four deliveries dropped off by career-changing storks. Lunch fare includes lighter dishes such as the grilled fish sandwich topped with chipotle mayonnaise ($11), and dinnertime cuisine gets hot and heavy with entrees such as the bouillabaisse ($26), a savoury stew of fish, shellfish, shrimp, and lobster bobbing in a warm broth.
