Coffee drinks (up to a $4 value each for a small or medium; up to a $4.50 value each for a large) include americanos, espressos, and cappuccinos. Bagels (up to a $2.75 value each) include flavours such as onion and chocolate and toppings such as cream cheese or lox. Customers can also opt for packages of a dozen bagels (a $7.95 value with no toppings) and containers of hand-packed cream cheese (a $5–$6 value each for a medium).

Every morning, Kettleman’s traditionally trained bakers fire up a wood-burning oven to craft batches of Montreal-style bagels, which earned the eatery a Best Bagel accolade from Ottawa (X)press in 2006. The kitchen’s open design spotlights a marriage of Old and New World technology and allows the staff to hand-roll dough, boil it in honey water, and bake it over hardwood in front of a hungry audience.
