The Polar Hero Ottawa Race takes place at Lansdowne Park and TD Place Stadium on Saturday, January 30, 2016. Participants navigate through 25 different obstacles spaced throughout the park and stadium, both directly on the turf and in the upper levels. Waves of runners launch every twenty minutes to energizing tunes, track their time, and race to be the first to overcome the obstacles and the snow. Family waves are available for those wanting to run together with their children. Clearly marked out course is suitable for everyone from beginners to grizzled veterans. Ages 14 and up.
