Bright-blue padded mats cover the floors and walls inside Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness Academy, protecting students while they kick and punch their way across the room. Experienced instructors teach students of all ages basic and advanced techniques in Brazilian jujitsu, wrestling, muay thai, and kickboxing.
