For the past decade, Ronin Mixed Martial Arts has offered its students multiple avenues for getting in shape and learning self-defense. At its core, the facility specializes in Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Both martial arts forms provide a challenging workout, with kickboxing focusing more on explosiveness and Jiu-Jitsui focusing more on strategy. With those two programs as its building blocks, the facility is able to offer education in mixed martial arts, as well. In those classes, students can train recreationally or to compete as aspiring fighters while elbow-throwing their way through the amateur ranks.
