Certified instructors lead small groups through 45- to 60-minute boot-camp classes held six days a week and kettlebell classes held at 8 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. They incorporate weights, ropes, tire flips, and body-weight resistance moves into high-intensity boot-camp classes designed to carve muscle while torching fat. Kettlebell classes are designed to increase flexibility, agility, and mobility through the burning of fat and reduction of tension. Each participant should bring a water bottle and a towel.

Ropes and giant tires litter the ground, and large resistance bands hang from rafters—this isn’t a tractor warehouse, it’s PhysXtreme’s well-stocked training grounds. Here, a fleet of certified instructors, led by trainer Shane Miller, leads high-intensity boot camps and athletic strength training programs.
