The one-day excursion commences when the paddling pair meets in Campbell’s Bay to load into provided canoes. Expert instructors introduce newbies to basic strokes before the fleet of aquanauts glides down lesser-known channels of the Ottawa River. Slipping past islands and coves, pilots of the gently meandering pods can receive further instruction if necessary, or start easily-won splash wars with the local flora.
