Choose Between Two Options
- $19 for four mini boot-camp or kettlebell classes (a $63 value)
- $139 for four corporate mini boot-camp classes (a $480 value)
Basing their exercises on traditional military-style boot camps, the instructors alternate between cardio endurance training using man-made and natural obstacle courses and resistance training with kettlebells and heavy ropes. For the second option, they’ll travel to a client-chosen location to lead small groups of six to eight people through four intimate boot-camp classes. All sessions take 60 minutes, and take place partially indoors and partially outdoors.
Lisa Jorgensen joined forces with Bryce Barker, who boasts degrees in both psychology and kinesiology, and former Adventure Racer Tobin DeCou to bring regimented military-style workouts to average citizens with Mybootcamp. She brings her training indoors, outdoors, or to client-specified locations for entire groups of students, regularly rotating between various forms of exercise to prevent muscles from becoming bored and giving nerves wet willies. During sessions, she oscillates between resistance training, which utilizes kettlebells, hefty ropes, and the body’s own weight, and endurance training that utilizes manmade and natural obstacle courses.
