Hostyle Conditioning’s two-level group training facility pushes athletes to sweat and tone physiques as they aim to achieve specific fitness goals in an array of strength training exercises. Bright lighting and vibrant yellow walls in the 2,500-square-foot facility help to fuel each exerciser’s adrenalin. Boasting experience in international competition, coaches incorporate their knowledge and favourite gravity-mocking limericks into teaching methods for kettlebell, TRX, rowing, sled, and medicine-ball training. The studio’s five power racks complement a fleet of weights and dumbbells. To facilitate more intensive personal training, coaches limit class sizes to 15 participants.
